Lee J. Batterton, founded the company in 1956 together with his late wife Marylyn built this business to what it is today. Lee is semi-retired and considered "the wise old owl". He is still very active in the company and is its most valuable team member.

Michael W. Batterton, president and co-owner is Lee's eldest son and has been with the company since 1978. His responsibilities include surveying project sites, writing proposals, scheduling projects and ordering materials. Mike is the one to contact with any questions concerning your facility. Charles W. Batterton, vice president and co-owner, is Lee's youngest son and has been with the company since 1985. He surveys project sites, orders materials and is the company's safety director.

Lee Ann Klemsz is in charge of all financial aspects of the company. Lee Ann is Lee's only daughter and has worked with the company since 1979. She is the one to contact with any insurance issues. E-mail Lee Ann at bw34556@alltel.net

Charlotte Batterton, wife of Charles Batterton, has been with the company since 2001 as the Filing and Detail Clerk.

Harold "Bub" Christian is the chief mechanic and has been a loyal employee for 25 years since joining the firm in 1980. We call him the "fix it man" and he's the one who keeps the engines running.
